锌缺乏对儿童蛋白质营养状况的影响

摘　　要：本文报告了65名锌营养状况不同的学龄前儿童血浆中19种游离氨基酸及前白蛋白检测水平。结果表明:缺锌儿童前白蛋白水平显著低于正常儿童。血浆中脯、胱氨酸显著高于正常组,而其它多数氨基酸以及必需氧基酸、支链氨基酸、必需/总氨基酸、支链/非支链氨基酸均显著低于正常组。Serum prealbumin (PAB) and plasm free amino acids were determined in normal and zinc deficient preschool children. In zinc deficient children, the prealbumin level was much lower than normal;cystine and .proline were higher but most of other amino acids and essential amino acids, branched chain amino acids, essential amino acids/total amino acids, branched chain amino acids/nonbranched chain amino acids were signifcantly lower than those of normal children.
