会计教学改革关键在于转变教学观念

摘　　要：我国加入世界贸易组织以后,随着会计市场的开放,对会计人员的素质和会计技术的发展提出了新的要求,建立一支国际化的会计人才队伍已迫在眉睫。那么作为培养会计人员的各类院校、从事会计教学的教师们也在不断地进行教学内容和教学方法的改革,以适应新形势的需要。要想使我们的会计教学跟上时代步伐,关键是转变旧的教学观念,确立全新的教育理念。只有这样,我们的教学改革才更有效、更成功,才能培养出高素质的会计人才。After our country entered WTO (World Trade Organization),with the openness of the accounting market, it has put forward the new request for the development of accountant's quality and accounting technology. As all kinds of universities and colleges training accountant,the accounting teachers have been trying to improve the teaching contents and teaching method to meet the need of new form. In order to make our accounting teaching follow the steps of development, the key is to transfer the teaching idea, establish the brand-new education theory. Only for this, our reform in education can be more effective, successful, can train high the accounting talents of qualities.
