摘 要:企业文化从企业诞生那天起就天然地存在 ,企业文化的成长和发展需要管理者的培养和引导 ;企业不同的成长阶段会有不同的文化与之相匹配。适应环境的优秀文化有利于企业保持优势 ,否则 ,则导致企业的失败。关注文化对企业发展的重大影响 ,塑造与企业的目标、环境和管理方式相适应的组织文化是领导的重要职能之一 ,管理的高境界意味着灵活运用企业文化这一潜力巨大的“软”资产。Business culture has almays accompanied the enterprise from the day it is established. The growth and development of businessculture need to be directed and cultivated by managers, and different growth stage of enterprise is matched by deferent culture. The excellent culture that adapts to the environment would be beneficial to the enterprise to hold its advantage, and vice versa. It is important to pay attention to the effect of culture on enterprises, and it may be the basic and important function of the leadership to mold the culture that suits the goals, the environment, and its managerial way. Consequently, it is the high level of management that flexibly utilities the huge potential “soft” capital business culture.
