摘　　要：探讨了新形势下图书馆员继续教育的必要性,对目前我国图书馆员继续教育的现状,内容等进行了分析,提出了新形势下图书馆继续教育应采取的措施。Issues concerning the contents of the continue in education,the librarian's occupational ethics,pro- fessional knowledge,informational study and acquirements for the resources on the intemet are studied in detailed in the perspective of the current situation confronted with the librarians in China.In this paper some suggestions are put forward about how to carry out the continue in education in accord with the changes of the library industry.
