摘　　要：从高校教师的时代特点出发 ,论述了高校教师思想政治工作的主要任务、基本着力点以及深化思想政治工作的必要性 ,并从理论探索、机制创新、方法改进等层面对深化思想政治工作的途径作了初步探析。This article discusses the main components of ideological and political work in relation to university teachers, focusing on the necessity of deepening the work, the innovation of its mechanisms, and the improvement of methods for more effective ideological and political work.
