摘　　要：和谐是可持续发展的理论基础。人与自然的和谐是可持续发展的前提,人与人的和谐是可持续发展的关键。实施可持续发展战略,需协调好经济发展与环境保护、经济发展与社会进步、一国利益与人类整体利益的关系,使生态、经济和社会和谐发展。Whereas harmony serves as a theoretical basis of sustainable development, that between human and nature is a premise, and that between human beings a key to the sustainable development. It is hereby argued that in order to enforce a sustainable development, we ought to harmoniously coordinate the relationships between economic development and environmental protection, economic development and social progress, a national profit with that of human world. Thus the sustainable development will witness a harmonious development in ecology, economy, and society.
