摘　　要：当今的网络文化存在着网络价值失衡、网络技术失制、网络生存异化、网络消费失当、网络自由失范等病理特征,对网络道德建设提出了严峻的挑战,人们必须从提升网络文化的人文意识、促进网络主体的生成和发展、加强网络公德建设和私德修养、引导网络文化的融合、加强网络安全技术等方面促进网络道德的发展。There exist some pathologic characteristics in contemporary network culture such as the unbalance of network value, network technique out of control, the alienation of network existence, the impropriety of network consumption, the anomie of network freedom, which sternly challenge the network morality. In order to accelerate the development of network morality, it is necessary to promote the human consciousness of network culture to improve the generation and development of network subject, to enhance the public and personal morality, to guide the integration of network culture and to strengthen the safety technique of network.
