摘  要:基于pH=2的HCl KCl介质中Al(III)对H2O2氧化亚甲蓝(MB)褪色反应的催化作用,建立了测定痕量Al的催化动力学光度分析法。该方法对Al的检出限为0.28μg/L,线性检测范围0~160μg/L,Fe3+、Cu2+等共存离子的干扰可通过铜试剂螯合 甲基异丁基酮溶剂萃取有效消除。本方法具有良好的选择性和准确度,用于几种海藻和贝类生物中痕量Al含量的测定,RSD<8%,回收率95%~107%。Trace aluminum (III) can catalyze the discolouring oxidization of methylene blue by hydrogen peroxide in HCl-KClbuffer with a pH (value) of 2.0. Based on this selective reaction, a new kinetictic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace aluminum has been (developed). The detection limit of the method is 0.28 μg/L for aluminum and the linear detection range is 0~160 μg/L. The interfering effect of ferric and cupric ions could be effectively eliminated by methyl isobutyl ketone (MIBK) extraction after chlated with DDTC. The satisfactory results were obtained for the determination of selenium in several kinds of seagrass and bivalves with RSD less than 8% and recoveries between 95% and 107%.
