摘　　要：本文着重从加强运动员思想品德的培养、正确处理好训练和学习的关系以及充分发挥教练员的表率作用等几个方面对高校运动队的管理教育进行论述。The paper expounds the management and education of sports' team in colleges and universities from the aspects of enhancing the moral education,rightly dealing with the relationship between training and learning and fully giving free rein to the advanced model of teachers.
