摘 要:用不同浓度的NaCl溶液分别处理番茄(Lycopersiconesculentumcv.UC-82)幼苗,研究分别处理12、24和48h后乙烯信号转导途径中编码转录因子基因的表达变化。结果表明,不同浓度的NaCl溶液处理番茄幼苗12h能明显促进Le-EIL1基因的表达;0.08mol/LNaCl溶液处理12和24h都能促进Le-EIL2基因的表达;用0.04和0.08mol/LNaCl处理12h和24h后,Le-EIL3基因表达都得到增强。用0.04和0.08mol/LNaCl溶液处理番茄幼苗12h能显著地促进Le-ERF1基因的表达;用3种浓度的NaCl溶液0.04,0.08和0.16mol/L处理番茄幼苗12h后均能明显的促进Le-ERF2基因的表达;用不同浓度的NaCl溶液分别处理番茄幼苗Pti4基因的表达变化不大。这些结果说明Le-EILs和Le-ERFs家族成员基因在不同浓度NaCl溶液和不同处理时间条件下表现不同的表达模式。The expression pattern of genes encoding putative transcription factor s in ethylene signal transduction was investiga-ted, after treatment of tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum cv. UC-82)seedlings with different concentration NaCl solution in 12, 24 and 48 h respectively. And the role of ethylene signaling in tomato seedlings adapting to salt stress was subse quently disscused. The Le-EIL1 gene expression in tomato seedlings was promoted with 12 h NaCl solution treatment in different concentration. The amount of Le-E IL2 transcript increased after 0.08 mol/L NaCl treatment in 12 and 24 h respect ively, and the same effect of 0.04 and 0.08 mol/L NaCl treatment was also shown in Le-EIL3 gene expression in tomato seedlings. After 0.04 and 0.08 mol/L NaCl treatment in 12 h, the Le-ERF1 gene expression was significantly enhanced. The L e-ERF2 gene transcriptional expression increased with 0.04 , 0.08 and 0.16 mol/L NaCl solution treatment, however, the Pti4 gene expression gave no remarkably c hange. All these results suggested that there are different gene expression patt erns which exist in members of Le-EIL and Le-ERF family after NaCl stress with d ifferent concentration and treatment time.
