摘　　要：挤压膨化技术业已成为发展速度最快的饲料加工新技术,为此介绍了应用于饲料加工中两类挤压膨化装置的作用原理,分析总结了挤压膨化加工参数对蛋白质变性的影响,并对挤压膨化技术在畜禽废弃蛋白资源开发利用中的应用进行了展望。Extrusion is a kind of new processing technology in feed industry by the high-speed development; this paper introduces theories of two types of extruding equipments apply on the feed processing. Extruding parameters affect on denaturalization of the protein, which is analyzed and summarized, and the application of extrusion in the exploitation and using of trash protein resource of the animal is expected. [
