摘　　要：文章通过考察北京部分高校科研管理和科研激励的情况 ,对目前高校科研成果评估与考核、科研管理体制改革。The article analyses and explores in depth the reform of the scientific research administration system, its evaluations and motivation mechanism of high learnin g colleges in Beijing by studying the real situation of scientific research deve lopment of some colleges in the Capital.
