摘　　要：加强高校院(系)资料室建设是高校教学与科研发展的客观要求,也是高校院(系)资料室自身发展的内在要求。加强高校院(系)资料室建设要注重两个结合:硬件建设与软件建设相结合;信息存储与信息开发相结合。To strengthen the construction of reference rooms in the universities is the objective requirement of teaching and research development. It is also the internal requirement of self-development of reference rooms in the universities. To strengthen the construction of reference rooms in the universities, one should pay much attention to the two combinations, that is combining hardware construction with software construction and combining information storage with the information development.
