摘 要:现代 10 0 m跑技术在塑胶跑道运用的基础上 ,根据运动生物力学和解剖学原理逐步发展与完善。总体体现在完整技术的实效性与专业特点的经济性 ,以及反映这两个特性的几个环节如 :屈蹬技术 ,摆动技术 ,支撑与腾空时间的缩短 ,加速跑时间与距离的延长 ,以及缓冲技术等。正是这些技术的不同构成了现代技术与过去技术质的不同 ,从而使现代技术更加完善和合理。通过对百米跑现代技术和过去技术的研究 ,揭示了现代 10 0 m跑技术特点和理论依据 ,对今后短跑的教学、训练和研究提供参考价值。Modern technology of running of 100 meters develops and perfects progressively according to movement biomethanics and anatomy principle on the basis of the thing that use in the plastic runway. Embody in the substantial results of intact technology and economy of the professional characteristic overally, and reflect several links of these two characteristics, for instance: Crook the technology of pedalling, swing technology, support and soar the shortening of time, the extension of accelerative running time and distance, and buffer technology etc. The differences between these techniques contribute to the essential differences between modern technique and the old one.It makes modern technique more and more perfect and reasonable. On studying this, we find out the technological features and theoretical foundations , which is valuable in teaching, training and researching in modern 100-meter race in the feature.
