摘　　要：信息科技的发展和经济全球化趋势下,传统的工业经济必然向知识经济转变。企业之间的竞争将从规模和数量的竞争转变为知识的竞争。新的竞争环境下企业的组织结构必将为迎合这种趋势而发生巨大变化。本文就知识经济下环境的变化对企业组织变迁的影响进行初步分析,并就此对企业变迁的趋势加以展望。In the tendency of the scientific and technical develo pm ent of information and economic globalization,the traditional industrial economy will certainly transform to knowledge economy.Enterprises will compete with oth ers from scale and magnitude to knowledge.To meet such tendency in the new circu mstance of competition,enterprises' structure of organization and management sho uld and has to change greatly.This thesis offers an initial analysis to the infl uence on the structures caused by the changes and predicts the tendency of enter prises' transition.
