游泳专项学生教学、科研、裁判能力培养模式研究

摘　　要：在教学中加强学生的能力培养,是现代高校教育的发展方向。通过对北京体育大学游泳教研室在游泳专项教学中对学生进行教学、科研、裁判能力培养的经验加以总结和分析,以教学理论为依据,提出在游泳专项教学中对学生进行专项教学、科研、裁判能力培养的基本模式、措施和建议。Positively culturing the abilities of students during the normal teaching is the orientation of college education in future. This paper, according to the teaching theories, brings forward the mode of three kinds of abilities, respectively teaching, studying and umpiring which belong to the students whose major is swimming. Meanwhile this paper gives some effective suggestions and methods after analyses to the work experiences which are summarized by teaching the students whose major is swimming in the swimming staff room of Beijing University of Physical Education.
