摘　　要：　文章结合实际较全面的阐述了中小学教师队伍现状调查的原因、主旨、内容、特色、对象、时间、方式、方法,综合地分析了中小学教师队伍的现状,提出了强化中小学教师队伍建设的对策和策略。Building up high-level teacher personnel is the basic pledge of improv ing quality-oriented education completely. The teachers' current situation in E lementary and Secondary School reflects an important aspect of the teacher perso nnel,and the paper is to analyze the current situation of teachers' and relevan t f actors, and put forward educational reform policy of enhancing the construction of teachers personnel.
