摘　　要：脑力劳动测量的研究在不同领域已经取得一些进展,但还没有比较适合在企业中应用的方法。从信息加工的角度出发,脑力劳动由信息接收、信息加工和信息输出三个阶段组成。在此基础上,文章提出关于不同阶段与时间之间的两个"帕累托假设",并通过问卷调查验证了有效性,建立起脑力劳动测量和时间之间的关系。Some progresses in mental work research has been made in different fields,still no appropriate approaches could be applied to enterprises'practices.In information processing's perspective,mental work consists of three stages:information input, processing and output, on which basis, two'Pareto Principles' were put forward among different stages and time.Therefore,questionnaire census was conducted to testify its validity and relations between mental work measurement and time were built up.
