摘 要:试验采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)鉴定捕食性天敌的消化道内容物。ELISA 方法敏感、快速、便于应用。用此法鉴定粘虫低龄幼虫抗原的最小检出量为0.1mg(虫重)/ml,经吸附处理的抗血清对粘虫幼虫具有高特异性而与麦蚜和天敌无交叉反应。粘虫幼虫被丁纹豹蛛取食后的最长可测时间为9.5小时(食1头)和23.5小时(食3头)。对麦田中12种天敌的鉴定结果表明:七星瓢虫和蜘蛛是粘虫低龄幼虫的主要捕食性天敌。ELISA 结果与室内测定的天敌捕食量作了比较。An enzyme-linked immuncsorbent assay(ELISA)was used to ex-amine the gut contents of potential predators collected from the wheatfield in Henan and Jiangsu,China,in order to detect the predation ofnatural enemies on the small larvae of oriental armyworm(Mythimn(?)separata(Walker)).The assay was confirmed to be sensitive with theminimum detectable amount of 0.1 mg(worm weight)/ml,and theantiserum by absorption was shown not to react with cereal aphids andpredators not exposed to the prey.The maximum period of armywormlarva protein(antigen)detection in Pardosa T-insignita(Boes.et Str.)was 9.5h for 1 larva/spider and 23.5 h for 3 larva/spider.By theassay,the main predators indicated were ladybird(Coccinella septem-punctata L.)and some species of spiders.These results were comparedwith laboratory observations on predation in this paper。
