摘　　要：目的 :观察三种不同肿瘤组织中ppGalNAc T2的表达差异 ;方法 :本文采用RT PCR方法从mRNA水平上研究其表达 ,同时在同一反应管中进行内对照 β 微球蛋白的扩增以进行半定量分析 ;结果 :ppGalNAc T2在不同肿瘤组织中 ,其在肿瘤部分、癌旁部分与正常部分的表达水平不具有一致性 ;结论 :ppGalNAc T2具有组织特异性 ;不同肿瘤组织的糖基转移酶作为肿瘤标志基因有待进一步的研究。Objective: To obtain ppGalNAc-T2 expressive discrepancy in three tumor tissues.Methods:We adopt reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) to detect the mRNA expression of ppGalNAc-T2.For semi-quantitative analysis, amplification of the sample sequence was compared with that of β-microglobin,co-amplified with the same tube. Results: Among the different human tumor tissues, the expressions of ppGalNAc-T2 were altered differently Conclusion: The expression of ppGalNAc-T2 had tissue specificity and further research should be made to show whether the expression of glycosyltransferase could be helpful for gene therapy of tumors.
