摘　　要：教师是教育的主体,是实施素质教育的关键,优化教师队伍,才能更好地推进教改和素质教育。笔者认为主要从政治思想工作、业务素质和能力、改善生活条件、加强制度建设等方面着手。Teachers are the main body of education and the key to quality education. It is very important to build up superior teacher teams in order to promote teaching reform and quality education. To achieve this target, the political work should by done and the professional work ability should be cultivated. Besides that, improving the life conditions of teachers and strengthening regulations construction must be also considered carefully.
