摘　　要：目的　探讨计算机辅助诊断单条垂直肌不全麻痹的可行性。方法　根据Parks三步法 ,采用Java及html互联网计算机语言编写辅助诊断软件并试用于临床 ,将 3 6例单条垂直肌不全麻痹的计算机辅助诊断结果与眼肌专业医生的临床诊断结果相比较。结果　 3 6例患者的计算机辅助诊断结果与眼肌专业医生的临床诊断结果一致。从输入检查结果开始到得到诊断结果 ,每例患者的计算机辅助诊断所用时间为 3 0秒左右。结论　计算机辅助诊断方法在分析和诊断单条垂直肌不全麻痹方面与临床医生诊断结果同样可靠但快速简便。Objective To study the possibility of computer aided method for diagnosis of hypertropia with an isolated paretic cyclovertical muscle.Methods According to Parks three step,we developed a diagnostic software with Java and Html and applied it on clinic,and compared result of computer aided diagnosis of 36 cases with clinical diagnosis made by strabismus ophthalmologists.Results Result of computer aided diagnosis of 36 cases was same as diagnosis made by strabismus ophthalmologists,it took about 30 seconds for computer aided diagnosis of each case from filling in exam data to getting diagnosis.Conclusions Computer aided method is an effective and quick way in analyzing clinical exam result and making diagnosis of hypertropia with an isolated paretic cyclovertical muscle.
