摘　　要：现代教育承担为 2 1世纪培养人才的重任。大学培养的学生应当是合乎时代要求的全面发展的人才 ,因此大学教育须在传授知识技能的同时 ,重视大学生的人格塑造 ,通过整合各种促进性因素以促成大学生健康人格的形成。Modern education toes the mark of training the talents of the 21st century .The college education should cultivate the students who are suitable for the social requirements. Thus college education should pay more heeds to the personality mold while teaching them knowledge and skills. Healthy personality of college students will be molded through different stimulative causes.
