摘　　要：在科技高速发展、国际交流与合作频繁的 2 1世纪 ,大学生应具备良好的综合素质。高校应围绕思想道德素质教育、专业素质教育、文化素质教育、心理素质教育、身体素质教育这五个方面的内容 ,深化对素质培养的认识 ,在现阶段采取切实可行的措施 ,实现向素质教育的转变。In the 21st century,science and technology are developing at a high speed,and the whole world becomes open,interchanging and cooperating in all aspects. Therefore college students should have better comprehensive qualities. The contents of the quality education of colleges include morality quality education,professional quality education,cultural quality education,mental quality education,and physical quality education. Nowadays educators should carry out effective measures.
