摘　　要：人才资源管理讲的就是用人之道 ,强调的是如何开发与利用人才身上潜在的巨大能量。知识经济和信息技术给图书馆带来了重大变革 ,使之在高校中发挥着重要的现代化文献信息保障作用。本文以现代管理理念为基础 ,从管理队伍、管理方法、管理制度、管理机制等几方面论述了科学、有效的实施高校图书馆人才资源管理的一些关键问题。The talents is the way of choosing the right person.It emphasizes how to develop and use the huge potential energy of the talens.Knowledge economy and information technology brings great change to the libraries,and makes them play the important roles in ensuring the modernized do cumentation and information in colleges and universities.In this article,the author describes some key problems of scientific and effective talents resource management of library in Colleges and Universities from the management staff the methods of management,the rules of management and the mechanism of management,etc .
