摘 要:采用实地调查访问与实证分析相结合的方法,对我国11所体育院校术科教师的在职教育情况进行研究。结果表明:目前我国体育院校的师资培训工作还没有形成制度,对师资培训的投入与高等学校教师所肩负的责任和任务相差甚远;注重"硬"投入,轻视"软"投入,存在着较严重的"重使用,轻培养"现象;教师进修、培训主要受行政导向的影响;目前术科教师的进修提高主要是一种学历补偿型的继续教育,进修提高仍然主要是学校行为;教学任务重、经费投入不足是制约和影响教师进修的主要原因。Present situation of skilled teachers'vocational re-education for 11 colleges and universities were studied by the methods of investigation in questionnaire,intervew of experts and demonstration.The results show that the system of training teachers has not formed in China's Physical Education Institutes and Universities.Compared with teachers undertaking duty and mission,the funds invested by PE institute and universities for teachers'vocational re-education was extremely inconsistent.Stress on 'hard investment' and 'soft investment'. There exists an phenomenon of emphasis 'use and neglecting training'. Teachers'vocational re-education is influenced by administrative guidance. Currently skilled teachers' vocational re-education is an on-the-job education of compensation style of academic credentials. The big volumes of teaching and less investment are major reasons affecting teachers'vocational training.
