摘  要:采用生物化学方法对红螯螯虾胚胎发育过程中蛋白质与氨基酸的组成进行了测定和分析。总蛋白与总氨基酸的含量均呈下降趋势。总蛋白由受精卵期的65.32%(占干重)降低到准备孵化期的40.28%;总氨基酸含量由受精卵期的58.05%(占干重)减少至准备孵化期的47.49%。必需氨基酸(除Met外))的变化与总氨基酸含量呈显著性相关,且变异系数在8.25-13.34%之间;非必需氨基酸中Glu、Asp的含量较高,Cys的含量较低。蛋白质和氨基酸不仅是红螯螯虾胚胎发育的构建物质而且在胚胎发育过程中提供能量。The compositions of protein and amino acids were measured and analyzed during the embryonic development of Cherax quadricarinatus. The results indicated that the contents of total protein and total ami-no acids were all downtrend. The total amino acid contents reduced from 58. 05% (dry weight) at the fertilized egg stage to 47. 49% at the prepare-hatching stage. The correlation between the total amino acid and the essential amino acid(except methionine) was prominent, the coefficients of variation were from 8. 25% to 13. 34%. In the non-essential amino acid , the contents of glutamine acid and aspartic acid were relatively higher, but the content of cysteine was relatively lower. The results above indicated that protein and amino acid were not only the construction substances of embryonic development, but also the dominating energy sources.
