摘　　要：随着国际国内环境的巨大变化,大学德育工作也随着发生了巨大变化。科学认识和掌握新形势下大学德育工作的特点和基本要求,以"三个代表"重要思想为指导,立足实际,与时俱进,依据变化了的形势,努力做好德育工作,以实现人、社会、自然和谐发展的大学德育目标。Along with the changing in the domestic and the international environments,the collegiate morality education is now experiencing a new period of time.It needs us to have a scientific uuderstanding of the features and requirements of the collegiate morality and in new times.We should take the theory of 'Three Representatives' as guide, searching for facts,keeping up with the times,study the new environment and work hard on the lob so as to fuutiu it's a'rm of the balanced development of the people,the society and the nature.
