摘 要:目的:研究模拟高住低练对促红细胞生成素(erythropoietin,EPO)和血红蛋白的影响。方法:以14名体育专业男大学生为实验对象,随机分为模拟高住低练组和对照组,每组7人,模拟高住低练组每天在相当于2500m高度的低压舱内居留十二三小时,对照组在正常条件下居住,两组进行相同的训练,实验持续4周,多次测量血清EPO和血红蛋白,模拟高住低经练组出舱后10d内再测量1次血红蛋白。结果:模拟高住低练组EPO(U/L)在第2天(5.32±0.95)与实验前(5.13±1.16)差异无显著意义,在11d后血清EPO浓度(7.33±1.87)显著高于实验前,差异有显著性意义(t=-2.287,P<0.05),28d时(6.80±1.35)合肥仍高于实验前(t=-1.217,P<0.05);血红蛋白(g/L)在进舱的第2天(161.1±2.6)升高,与实验前(149.1±6.8)比较,差异有显著意义(t=-2.202,P<0.01),28d时高于实验前(t=-2.217,P<0.01),出舱10d后血红蛋白浓度(156.0±7.9)仍高于实验前,差异有显著性意义,(t=1.271,P<0.05),对照组上述指标无显著变化。实验后模拟高住低练组EPO显著高于对照组(4.50±0.69,t=-2.774,P<0.05),血红蛋白(162.9±12.9)也显著高于对照组,差异有显著性意义(t=1.271,P<0.01)。结论:模拟高住低练是提高有氧能力的有效措施,但EPO的变化规律与传统高原训练不同。AIM:To investigate the effect of simulated living high training low training on erythroporetin(EPO) and hemoglobin. METHODS:Fourteen male students majoring in physical education were randomly divided into simulated living high training low group(study group,n=7) and control group(n=7).The study group lived at the simulated altitude of 2 500 m for 12-13 h/day for 4 weeks in a low pressure chamber,while the control group lived in the normal condition.The two groups carried out the same training for 4 weeks,and serum EPO and hemoglobin concentration were measured for several times. RESULTS:EPO concentration(U/L) on the 2nd day(5.32±0.95) was not significantly different from that before training(5.13±1.16),but significantly higher on the 11th day(7.33±1.87)(t=-2.287,P< 0.05) and was still higher on the 28th day(6.80±1.35)(t=-1.217,P< 0.05); hemoglobin concentration(g/L) became significantly higher on the 2nd day(61.1±2.6) than that before training(149.1±6.8)(t=-2.202,P< 0.01),and higher on the 28th day(t=-2.217,P< 0.01),and 10 days after went out of the chamber(156.0±7.9) the hemoglobin concentration was still higher than that before training(t=1.271,P< 0.05).After training,EPO concentration was significantly higher in the study group than in the control group(5.08±1.31,t=-2.774,P< 0.05),and the hemoglobin concentration was also significantly higher in the study group(162.9±12.9) than in the control group (t=1.271,P< 0.01). CONCLUSION:Simulated living high training low training is an effective way to improve aerobic performance,but the changing law of EPO is different from that of traditional altitude training.
