摘　　要：Cordycepin has a variety of biological activity.It can inhibit synthesis of DNA and RNA in cancer cells,can enhance cell differentiation, restructure cell cytoskeleton,inhibite protein kinase activity and so on. It even has antitumor activity on bladder, kindney as well as lung, can inhibit infection and inhibit reverse transcripts activity of HIV type I.Meanwhile, cordycepin can inhibit methylation of nucleic acid and specific proteins synthesis of the macrophage cell[1,2].So studies on cordycepin become hotter and hotter.
