摘　　要：为了直观定性地分析螺旋式速冻机料口跑冷现象,自行设计了可视化实验,并根据实验结果对料口处空气的热质交换规律进行了讨论。In this paper, the cooled-air loss from entrance and exit of spiral quick-freeing installation was studied. A visualized experiment was designed to analysed this problem intuitively and qualitative . And the rule of mass and heat transfer of air at the entrance and exit was discussed on the basis of experimental result.
