摘  要:为微生态制剂生产选育无耐药因子的菌株提供参考 ,采用纸片琼脂扩散法 (K B法 ) ,以金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC 2 5 92 3为质控菌 ,长双歧杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌、干酪乳杆菌和粪肠球菌为试验菌 ,研究了其对 8大类 (青霉素类 ,β 内酰胺酶抑制剂的复合物、头孢素类 ,大环内酯类 ,四环素类 ,氨基糖苷类 ,糖肽类及其他类 )共 30种常用抗生素的耐药性。结果显示 :1)长双歧杆菌对大环内酯类、头孢素类、青霉素类、β 内酰胺酶抑制剂的复合物及氯霉素、呋喃妥因、利福平抗生素均敏感 ;对氨基糖苷类抗生素均耐药 ,对糖肽类、四环素类抗生素表现不同的药敏性。 2 )嗜酸乳杆菌、干酪乳杆菌及植物乳杆菌对大环内酯类多数、四环素类及氯霉素、呋喃妥因、利福平抗生素敏感 ,对氨基糖苷类多数表现出耐药 ,对头孢素类、青霉素类、β 内酰胺酶抑制剂的复合物、糖肽类抗生素有不同的药敏性。 3)粪肠球菌对大环内酯类、四环素类及氯霉素、呋喃妥因、利福平抗生素敏感 ,对氨基糖苷类、糖肽类抗生素耐药 ,对青霉素类、β 内酰胺酶抑制剂的复合物。Lactic acid bacteria are often used as microecologics. To detect the antibiotic susceptibility and provide information for selecting the bacteria without resistant to the antibiotics, a series experiments were made. Thirty antibiotics of penicillin, β-lactamases, cephalosporin, macrolide, tetracycline, aminoglycoside, peptide and others were used in the test. Five strains of the lactic acid producing bacteria including Bifidobacterium longum, Lactobacillus acidophilus, L. plantarum, L. casei and Enterococcus faecalis were detected in an agar diffusion technique (K-B method) with staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923 as an indicator bacterium. The results showed that B. longum was sensitive to macrolide, cephalosporin, penicillin, β-lactamases, chloramphenicol, nitrofurantoin and rifampin, and resistant to aminoglycoside. It also had different susceptibilities to peptides and tetracycline. The bacteria of L. acidophilus, L. casei and L. plantarum were sensitive to most of the macrolides and tetracyclines, chloramphenicols, nitrofurantoins and rifampins. They were resistant to most of the aminoglycosides as well had different susceptibilities to cephalosporins, penicillins, β-lactamases and peptides. The S. faecalis was sensitive to macrolides, tetracyclines, chloramphenicols, nitrofurantoins and rifampins. It was resistant to aminoglycosides and peptides, and had different susceptibilities to penicillins, β-lactamases inhibitors and cephalosporins.
