摘　　要：矩阵的UDV 分解是长方矩阵广义谱理论的基础 ,文章介绍了UDV 分解及其主要结果 。The UDV * decomposition of the matrices is the basis for a generalized spectral theory of rectangular matrices.In this paper we give an introduction to the UDV * decomposition and its main result.Moreover,an example is given.
