摘 要:对精米加工过程中产生的细米糠常规营养成分及氨基酸进行了分析测定。结果得出:细米糠常规养分含量分别为:DM87.26%、CP14.93%、EE4.92%、ASH7.27%、CF0.208%、NFE59.93%、Ca0.094%、P1.623%;氨基酸含量为:Asp1.27%、Thr0.5792%、Ser0.7136%、Clu2.236%、Pro0.6418%、Gly0.6679%、Ala0.8134%、Cys0.2121%、Val0.7076%、Met0.3001%、Ile0.51%、Leu1.079、Tyr0.5882%、Phe0.6944%、Lys0.6465%、His0.4465、Arg1.053%;总能16.45MJ/kg。上述测定结果为大米加工副产品———细米糠的营养价值评定和合理利用提供了重要参数。此外,还将细米糠与一级、二级玉米相关营养参数进行了比较研究,结果表明,细米糠作为一种优质能量饲料,可代替玉米用于家禽饲粮。The unconventional nutrients and amino acids of the fine bran produced in rice milling process have been determined. The result shows that the unconventional nutritional contents of fine rice bran are DM 87.26%, CP 14.93%, EE 4.92%, ASH 7.27%, CF 0.208%, NFE 59.93%, Ca 0.084% and P 1.623%; the contents of amino acids are Asp 1.27%, Thr 0.5792%, Ser 0.7136%, Clu 2.236%, Pro 0.641%, Gly 0.669%, Ala 0.8134%, Cys 0.2121%, Val 0.7076%, Met 0.3001%, Ile 0.51% Leu 1.079%, Tyr 0.5882%, Phe (0.694 4), Lys 0.646 5%, His 0.446 5%, Arg 1.05 3%; and the total energy is 16.45 MJ/kg. These data provide important reference for the nutritional evaluation and rational utilization of fine rice bran. Additionally, the relative nutritional data of fine rice bran have been compared with that of grade-A and grade-B corn, the result showing that, as an excellent energy feedstuff, fine rice bran can be used in place of corn for poultry feed.
