海洋星虫提取物的营养分析及免疫调节作用的初步观察

摘　　要：目的测定海洋星虫提取物的蛋白质、氨基酸和微量元素含量 ,并初步观察其对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法采用盐溶液抽提、超滤、乙醇沉淀等步骤 ,从海洋星虫制备得到海洋星虫提取物 ,分别采用凯氏定氮法、氨基酸自动分析仪和等离子体发射光谱仪测定蛋白质含量、氨基酸组成和微量元素水平。结果海洋星虫提取物的蛋白质含量为 5 5 .3% ,含牛磺酸、赖氨酸、精氨酸等 18种氨基酸和Zn、Cu、Ge、Se等 7种微量元素。动物实验表明 ,海洋星虫提取物能显著提高小鼠的胸腺指数和脾指数 ,促进脾脏T淋巴细胞转化。结论海洋星虫提取物营养丰富 ,能明显提高机体的免疫功能。PurposeTo assay concentration of protein, amino acids and trace elements in the extract of Sipunculidae and to investigate its immune regulation on mice.MethodsThe extract of Sipunculidae was obtained from Sipunculidae with 10 mmol/L PB, pH 7.2, containing 0.1mol/L NaCl. Further purification was achieved by ultra-filtration and precipitation with 70% alcohol. Kjeldahl′s method, Automatic Amino Acid Analyzer and plasma emission spectrometer were used to assay protein, amino acids and trace elements.The method of MTT was used to determine the effects of this extract on the proliferation of T lymphocytes.ResultsThe extract of Sipunculidae contains 55.3% protein,18 kinds of amino acids and 8 kinds of trace elements.It markedly enhanced the weight index of thymus and spleen and enhanced the proliferation of spleen T lymphocytes.ConclusionThe extract of Sipunculidae contains higher Amino acids and trace elements.It can enhance the immunity of mice.
