摘 要:对于核心能力概念存在多种解释。主要的原因是源于对核心能力的理解存在一定的片面性,同时也与Prahlad和Hamel对于核心能力所作的阐述存在一定的局限性有关。为了避免对核心能力的理解仅仅停留在概念层次上,需要在理论上明确其内涵、确立其识别的尺度。应当围绕企业成功的关键因素,开发核心技术和核心产品,在公司和战略经营单位两个层次上形成核心能力。The concept of core competence has been widely accepted, but the explanations to this concept per se vary from each other. The main reason is that people comprehend the concept of core competence with limitations, and also that the explanation on core competency by Prahalad and Hamel has limitation to a certain degree. In this paper we consider that the core competence is a kind of accumulated organizational competence, which requires enterprises to integrate their resources organically, also, form and diffuse the core products constantly. To avoid limiting the core competence just within the scope of concept and making it a kind of ambiguous term used by the enterprises, the measurement of identifying the core competence is required to be set up. The enterprises should focus on the key factors to success , and exploit core technology and core products .The establishment of core competence can be achieved at both the level of whole company and that of the strategic business units.
