摘 要:以锰和微量合金元素取代贵重金属镍、钼、铜,并采用不同于等温淬火的冷却方式,获得以针状组织(贝氏体+马氏体)为主,有一定量奥氏体的新型抗磨铸铁。冲击韧性可达10J/cm^2以上,硬度达HRC50以上。在磨球生产上应用结果表明,耐磨性比中锰球铁磨球提高一倍,冲击疲劳性能比中锰磨球提高七倍,而生产成本与之相当,具有很好的推广应用前景。A new wear-resistant ductile iron with a predominantly needle structures (bainite and martensite) and a certain amount of austenite, having impact toughness of up to 10J/cm2 and the hardness of over HRC 50, can be obtained by adding Mn and trace elements instead of Ni、 Mo and Cu, and using different cooling mode from isothermal heat treatment. The results of application of new ball material under grinding production condition indicate that the wear resistance of new ball material is twice as much as that of medium manganses ductile iron ball, the impact fatigue property has increased seven times as compared with that of medium manganses ductile iron ball to which the production cost is equivalent.
