摘 要:本研究用当代先进的色-质联机分析技术,从蝇引诱物质源中分析其有效化学成分,再从这些化学成分中筛选出诱蝇效果好的蝇引诱信息素。经反复多次大范围各种场所实验结果表明,蝇引诱剂——乙硫醇有明显的诱蝇效果,蝇种以绿蝇(丝光绿蝇和亮绿蝇)为主,性别以雌性为主,地区以室外城市绿化带效果最好,缓释方法以10mm厚的毛细管木通瓶盖诱蝇效果最好。Volatile compounds in the attractant sources for flies have been analysed qualitatively by using advanced QC-MS technique. An ethanethiol was screened from among which attracntiveness on the attracting flies is better. The results of the spot test showed that the attractant achieved best effect on the female(lucilia)at green area in and around the city. The various methods of slow-release have been tested simultaneously and it was observed that the akebiplug with 10mm thickness have best affect.
