摘　　要：当今组织在职业生涯管理中扮演何种角色,对员工的职业发展和组织的事业成败,起着至关重要的作用。本文在介绍了相关职业生涯理论的基础上,着重分析了组织应该在职业生涯管理中扮演的角色问题。Nowadays the role-play of the organization in professional career management is critical to the employee's professional development and the success of the enterprise. On the basis of introducing the relevant professional career theory, this paper mainly analyzes the role-play of the organization in professional career management.
