摘　　要：ELDI TOFMS技术是差异蛋白质组学研究中的一种新技术。本文介绍了这种技术的特点及分析步骤 ,总结了SELDI TOFMS技术在癌症早期诊断中的应用 ,最后指出这种技术存在的问题 ,并对其前景进行了展望。SELDI-TOF MS technology is a new differential proteomical technology. This paper introduced its characters and analytical process,then, SELDI-TOF MS technology's application in the early detection of cancer was concluded. Finally, the paper pointed out the problems in the technology and disscussed its prospects.
