摘  要:从“三个代表”重要思想的理论出发 ,提出高校教学管理必须引入以人为本 ,崇尚科学 ,崇尚学术 ,知识———能力———素质三位一体以及国际化教育等新的教育理念 ,创新教学管理机制 ,构建新型的管理模式 ,营造有利于学生创新的管理环境 ,构建新的教学机制 ,并将教育融入到国际化大背景中 ,形成一种崭新的教学关系 ,全面实现教育的创新。Guided by the important theory of ”Three Representatives”, this paper holds that educational management in colleges and universities must not only adopt new educational concepts such as taking man as the source, advocating science and academic learning and focusing on the integration of students' knowledge, performance and quality, but also bring forth new administrative mechanism, establish a new administrative pattern, construct an administrative environment in favor of developing students' creativity and set up new teaching mechanisms so that higher education can be kept in harmony with the great setting of globalization, thus forming a brand-new teaching-learning relation and achieving the goal of educational creativeness.
