摘　　要：本文介绍了国内职业资格认证制度的状况,指出了图书馆人力资源管理存在的弊端,阐述了推行图书馆职业资格认证制度的迫切性和意义,提出了对实施图书馆职业资格认证制度的一些建议。This text introduces the state of the domestic job qualification authentication system,points out the drawback existing in manpower resources management of the library,explains the urgency and meaning of the job qualification authentication system of the library and gives some suggestions for the job qualification authentication system of the library.
