摘　　要：从SSM新视角全面分析高校科技成果产业化所面临的形势及存在的问题,按照根定义建立概念模型,然后经过理想的概念模型与现实的比较,寻找高校科技成果产业化的相关链接,得出了高校科技人才成长环境直接影响科技成果产业化的重要结论,最后根据高校科技人才成长环境分析,提出了科技人才环境管理与优化的一系列方法与策略。From a new perspective of SSM,it analyses synthetically the situation,which the industrialization of scientific and technical achievements in institutions of higher learning encounters and the existing problems. With the construction of the conceptual model based on the root definition,it finds the relevant link of the industrialization of S&T achievements in institutions of higher learning by comparing the ideal conceptual model with realities,and concludes that the growth environments of S&T personnel in institutions of higher learning have a direct influence on the industrialization of S&T achievements. Based on the analysis of the growth environments of S&T personnel in institutions of higher learning,finally,it puts forward a series of methods and tactics about the environment management and system optimization for S&T personnel.
