摘　　要：对文[1]所提出的第二类功能反应系统进行了研究。首先找到了一个变换把系统化为广义Lienrd方程。进而得到了正平衡点为稳定、不稳定以及中心焦点的条件;最后给出全局渐近稳定的条件。In this paper we study the systems[l] with the I functional response. Firstly we transform the systems into the generalized Lienard equations. Then we obtain the conditions for the stability, unsta-bility and fine focus of positive equilibrium. Finally the condition of global asymptotic stability are given.
