论高校网络思想政治教育工作者的素质构成

摘　　要：当前 ,网络的发展已经对大学生的价值取向、政治态度、道德观念等产生了巨大冲击 ,并直接影响到高校素质教育目标的实现。因此 ,必须大力加强高校网络环境下的思想政治教育工作 ,尤其是对其教育工作者必备素质构成的研究。高校网络思想政治教育工作者素质主要由较高的政治思想素质、良好的网络信息素质、深厚的文化知识素质、扎实的思想政治教育业务能力素质、开拓进取的创新素质、良好的身心素质六部分组成。Nowadays, network development has an enormous impact upon college students' value orientation, attitudes toward politics, views about morals, etc, which directly influences the accomplishment of the goals for quality education in higher institutions. Therefore, it is obligatory to strengthen ideology and politics education in this case, especially to research into the essentials of educators' quality. It is argued that the quality of network ideology and politics educators in higher institutions is mainly composed of the six elements: high quality in ideology and politics, excellent quality in network information, profound culture quality, solid competence quality in ideology and politics, quality of creativity, and excellent quality in physical and mental health.
