摘 要:讨论了火花点火发动机气缸内滚流比的预测模型.根据滚流进气系统的稳流试验和拖动工况下缸内流场的LDA测量结果,提出了一个滚流形成的物理过程模型.即在进气冲程早期和活塞到达临界曲轴转角之前,不能有效形成滚流.活塞临界位置与在压缩冲程后期活塞上行、缸内滚流开始畸变、破碎的活塞位置相当.据此建立了缸内滚流比预测模型,并在稳流试验和拖动工况下缸内流动的LDA测量试验中得到验证.The prediction of the tumble speed in the cylinder of a spark ignition engine is discussed. Based on the experiment results from the steady state flow rig and the flow field measurement in the cylinder of a motored engine by laser Doppler anemometer (LDA) system, a model for the physical process of the tumble formation is proposed. That is: during the early stage of induction and before the piston reaches a critical crank angle, the tumble can't be formed effectively. This critical piston position of crank angle should correspond to the time when the in-cylinder tumble has to be distorted and destroyed by the upward moving piston during the late stage of the compression stroke. A model for predicting the tumble speed is derived and verified by the steady flow rig and the in-cylinder flow measurement results by a LDA system.
