摘　　要：根据在特殊学校从事教育教学工作和参加公、检、法机关办理聋哑人案件的实践经验 ,归纳出聋哑人犯罪的特点 ,剖析聋哑人犯罪的原因 。According to the practical experience of working in the school for special education and handling the criminal cases of the deaf- mutes for the departments of public security, prosecution and court, this paper analyzed characteristics and causes of the deaf-mutes’ committing crimes and further put forward the countermeasures on reducing criminal rate.
