摘　　要：《黄帝内经》记载经络'内属腑脏,外络肢节'。针灸的作用在于通调气血,最大限度地动员机体内部自身的调节机制,从而达到防病治病的目的。循经感传的慢性传导性和沿经出现的'红线'、'白线'等,都是重要的经络现象,然其物质基础是什么?In this paper,we have studied on the relationof neuropeptides(SP,VIP,NPY)with propagatedsensation aloog the meridians and visible meridianphenomena by immunohistochemical techniques.Theresults are as follows:(1) The above 3 kinds of pe-ptidergic nerves and their terminal branches wereseen to pass through the various tissues at differentdepths of the meridian line(from skin to perioste-am),the majority of these nerves are the slow con-ductive C fibers,which are in the form of string edstringed beads around the blood vessels.(2)Afterelectroacupuncture,the contents of these neuropepti-des in the dorsal horn of the spinal cord were foundmore higher in acupuncture side than in non-acupun-cture side(P<0.01).The results suggest that thepeptidergic nerves around the blood vessels in thevarious tissues along the meridian line may be likelythe morphological foundation of the visible meridianphenomena,the neuropeptides participated in the eff-ect of acupuncture may be related to the slow condu-ctivity of propagated sensation along the meridians.
