摘　　要：英语演讲辞是一种常用的应用文体,它不仅在结构上有其独特性,在词语选用及修辞方面也有自身的特点。一篇出色的演讲辞往往情真意切,文辞优美,体现出口头英语和书面英语的完美结合。演讲辞的欣赏与写作在英语教学中具有重要意义:一方面,那些广为流传的演讲名篇是学习如何使用英语的典范性材料。另一方面,说写并试作英语演讲是培养学生英语交际能力的有效途径。English speech is unigue in structure,diction and rhetorics A good English speech tends to be sincere in emotion and beautiful in words,and it is a combination of oral and written English,In English teaching,it is very important to appreciate and write speeches:firstly,famous speeches are good examples in using English,secondly,it is an effective way for studeats to write and make speeches.
