摘　　要：本文论述了CPM网络中次关键路线的重要性 ,介绍了一种求解次关键路线的最简单的方法 ,给出了用于存储网络图的十字链表的完整定义 ,提供了计算次关键路线路长和显示次关键路线的程序框图。The importance of secondary critical path in CPM Network is discussed in this paper,and the simplest method which can figure out secondary critical path is also introduced,moreover,complete definition of orthogonal list in which network chart is stored is listed in the paper,finally,program flowchart which can calculate the length of secondary critical path and display secondary critical path is supplied.
